Recently I had the opportunity to meet Prashant Basista, and here are 3 marketing tips he shares with me that can help businesses dominate the 21st century real estate market.

Harness the power of Influencer Marketing

The influencer is someone who has a large number of followers on social media, and people like to follow his lifestyle. Influencers can be performers, musicians, YouTubers, or anyone with a high social media following. In this era of social media, influencer marketing has become a major force in business and marketing Many top brands have been paying influencers to promote their content to their followers, leading to more sales and increased revenue. By 2019, it is very important for businesses to use the power of advertising to beat their competition.

Generate engaging content

As we all know the content of the king. Whether it’s on your website or on social media, your content will engage your fans. You may be able to attract a larger crowd of you through social media marketing, but only strong content will make them inclined to follow you.

In the 21st century, there is so much content on social media, and the attention span is diminishing. To stand out from the crowd, your content must be unique and appealing. People want to see and read exciting news, or worthwhile things. If you can’t give that away, people just divert their attention away from others who can’t give what they want.

The goal is not just to put the content in front of people and trust them to respond to it, but rather to encourage them to share and engage with it. Content – whether in print or video on social media – opens the door to communication in two ways, which is important for building trust and letting customers know that you love their business.

Therefore, it is important to make your content interesting and easy to read. This will have a huge impact on your business in the long run.

Don’t pay attention to video advertising

By 2019, videos have the highest engagement rate for all content types on social media. This is true for all social media, not just YouTube.

If you want to increase your following simply try to upload videos that are engaging on your social media pages. Video can be in various forms such as videos, interviews, webinars, presentations, tutorials, product reviews, testimonials or photos.

The best video marketing strategy is to get started with a competitive analysis. Research your competitors, see what kind of video content you produce, and find out what kind of videos get the most engagement. This will help you to create the best video marketing strategy, and will save you money that could be spent on selling video that’s not involved.

It was fun to discuss advertising with one of the top experts in the industry.
