Mario Farulla has made ristorante bacanno as one of the best bars in the world.

Mario is now a proud bar manager of Baccano, who managed to win the 3rd best cocktail bar in Italy, and he personally won the title of the best bar manager. Baccano, the restaurant in Trevi district, is a high volume bar, but his team maintain the classic service. He is a pro for mixing Calvados and Cognacs with classic Italian cocktails. 

Farulla was born and brought up in Rome. At the age of 19, he left Italy to travel the world. He gained experiences by working in five star hotels and bars of England, Middle East, and Azerbaijan. After working for several years in various places like The four seasons, Galvin Brothers, and the Marriott group, he decided to come back to his hometown. 

It is a perfect spot for tourists and one of the best places for homely top quality drinks. The restaurant is spacious where customers easily get into chatting with other people. The classy yet classic interior has made this place an eye catchy, and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. Ristorante Baccano was ranked 70th amongst the top 50 best bars in all over the world, in 2019. This is the great achievement for the hardworking bar manager.

This place serves authentic Italian dishes which gives the vibes of seven hills of Rome, with fragrance of pomegranate, celery, chamomile, rosehip, red orange, juniper, etc. The must try dishes of this place are the fresh oysters, Carbonara or Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. According to him, a perfect cocktail should be easy or complicated as long as the customer is happy and satisfied. He loves to experiment with classic Italian cocktails and other spirits. He loves Cognac as his preferable experimental drink, and Godet is his favourite brand. He loves the Harvard Cocktail which is a good Manhattan with Cognac. 

Mario Farulla’s previous jobs always made him to perform high-quality services, and his wished to establish a hotel bar in Rome, of the Dandelyan style, with great style and good vibes. Mario wanted the bar to work without any set up menu, so that his team can offer bespoke service to the customers. 

After having great experiences from New York, London, and Dubai, Farulla set his benchmark in Ristorante Baccano. Hard work, good hospitality, perseverance, innate talent, and research made him a perfectionist in his job. 

Mario Farulla is the Bar Manager at Baccano in Rome, and the best bar manager of the country loves to roam in the city with his girlfriend during his holidays. 

Mario Farulla loves to maintain the perfection, and his attainments never satisfy him. He never gets bored after achieving certain life goals. According to him, we should learn everyday and imply them to improve our current situation. Success is not an easy thing to get, but determination and will power may decrease uncertainty of the future. Life increases the difficulty level with time, and we need to play accordingly by showing the best version of ourselves.
