Due to industrialization and the rise of technology, climate change has become a pressing issue because of the neglect and abuse that the environment undergoes. “From the beginning, Unity Underwear Co. has always had the goal to remain as eco-friendly as possible without sacrificing quality or comfort. It’s no secret, we are proud that we have made Unity Underwear from 95% bamboo fabrics, the most renewable source on the planet,” Nik said.
Switching Customers to the Brand
For years, Nik confessed that he was switching from brand to brand trying to find something above average that would last but to no avail.
“I grew sick of this as I am not the type of person that settles for average. Other brands were always made from similar fabrics, packed in way more plastic than necessary. I knew this is something that could be improved on, and that’s when I got to work. I worked on Unity Underwear Co. for nearly three years prior to releasing the product. That is because I wanted to ensure the best durability and the perfect fit. That is why today, we have customers switching over to Unity Underwear immediately after they try it,” he said.
Unity Underwear boasts of a nearly perfect ratio of switching customers over to their product after trying. From the new company, the brand is now growing rapidly and giving countless amounts of people the comfort they deserve.
“I am very proud of our fit and the softness of the fabric. The eco-friendly benefits are a bonus, as the product does not compromise anything in order to have these benefits,” Nik said.
The company has also made an effort to continuously adapt to be more eco-friendly everyday. That is they also use recyclable packaging, and now ship all their products with recycled mailers, and eco-friendly packing tape.
“We consider ourselves as a company that cares about the environment. We do not claim to do everything perfectly, however, we are doing what we can. We consistently communicate with customers and encourage them to contact us with suggestions to help us be more eco-friendly. We always say ‘Comfort meets eco-friendly’; in Unity Underwear Co.’s case, the fact that we are shooting to be eco-friendly helped improve our product when we found the bamboo fabric composition we use,” Nik shared.
