Bo Boy 20 Is Heating Up In The Rap Game

On the surface, the amount of effort, time and energy it takes to become a rapper seems like a light burden. It could be argued that that’s needed is a microphone, a laptop, and some basic knowledge of rhythm and melody, and off you go. However, according to Bo Boy 20 there is a difference between pursuing rap as a hobby versus a career.
If you are considering making a profession as a rap artist, below are a few things to think about before you embark on your journey to hip-hop royalty.
Balance expectation with reality
Some artists’ careers appear to ascend quicker than others. But even in the cases of an “overnight success,” there is likely a heavily-resourced team behind the scenes making sure that the gears are turning and creating opportunities. Odds are you’ll have to take the long-tail approach, but don’t get discouraged if things aren’t taking off as quickly, or smoothly, as you had hoped. If having a career in the music industry is really your passion, be open to opportunities (and 9 to 5’s) that aren’t what you had originally set out to do but keep you in the industry until you’re able to make the shift to your passion.
Understand the importance of proof of concept
If you believe that you and your music deserve the most opportunities, prove it. The only way you’ll be able to convince others to reward you with the looks you want is to explain, with evidence, that you’re worthy of the opportunity. Providing concert promoters with a list of local venues that you have been able to sell tickets to your show, at a $10+ ticket price, will incentivize them to take a chance on you. Delivering a quality press deck and detailed record of analytics about your latest song to an influencer will help you open the door for a collaboration. If you believe your numbers are too low to get a nod, double down on consistency until you reach a level of decent significance.
Bet on yourself first, then build a team
Bo Boy 24 rates Self-motivation, perseverance, and discipline are three of the most important traits you need before anybody else can invest their time, energy and resources into your vision. Rap’s latest success story, Bo Boy, released many albums and dozens of songs on Soundcloud before he garnered a fan base to capitalize on.
Educate yourself
Even if your favorite rapper may not have gone to college, there’s a high likelihood that someone on his/her team did. Enrolling yourself in an institution of higher education may not be necessary, or attainable financially, but before pursuing a career in the music industry, educating yourself will ensure the chances of building a sustainable career. There are enough resources available in today’s market to create your own courses of Music Business
Conclusion
Bo Boy 20 explains a bit that he has gone through many difficult things before releasing his latest single “Bo Man”. In an interview he explained “ People only see the final results they never see the effort you put to achieve those results.
