Can You Tell Us A Little About Yourself?
My name is Luke Cervino. I was born and raised in New Jersey. I am an entrepreneur. I just turned 27 years old on September 2nd. I am the Founder of A1A Media. I am also Kendrick Perkins Marketing Agent/Business Manager.
At A1A Media we provide services such as Athlete/Influencer Campaigns, creating content, Driving traffic and ad campaigns, Marketing, and PR, and also Social Media/Instagram Growth.
What Inspired You To Create Your Brand?
What inspired me to create my brand was I wanted to be my own boss. You know! Be an entrepreneur. But I knew I had to bring value to the table and provide unique services. So I found a way to combine my love for sports and entrepreneurship. My love for sports started ever since I was little. I have been playing basketball since I was born. I have played on the same team and against a lot of NBA players.
I work with tons of professional athletes. Great people and I built a great team around me. I built an unbelievable network which I am very proud of.
What Problems Does Your Brand Aim To Solve?
I can get your product to the best athletes in the world. I provide an outlet for brands/businesses to put their trust into me. We then work together on the brand’s vision and create content with athletes and influencers who fit the brand. After this, we market the content and drive sales for the brand.
My brand also does PR services too. Basically, we can help you rank your name on google.
What Obstacles Have You Faced So Far And How Did You Overcome These Obstacles?
Some obstacles I’ve faced so far are managing inbound leads and prioritizing the leads. I overcame these obstacles by applying the principles of organization and creating a routine.
In business, you have to find the best and most efficient system that works for you and stick to it. Consistent is key. Right now, I’m in the process of expanding my business and bringing on more clients but with a good system, I am still efficient.
How Do You Keep Off Stress And Avoid Burnout?
It’s really about your mindset. Having a balance of work, eating healthy foods, exercising, and finding a hobby you love to do. I love to read new books. By the way, I love what I do and most days I do not feel like I am working or stressing out.
Asides this, I also use google calendar and schedule out my day. When you are doing what you love you should not feel stressed.
What Is Your Best Advice For Someone Who Wants To Grow In Any Area Of Their Life?
Be consistent. Find your passion and go for your dreams. Here is a quote from one of my favorite entrepreneurs:

Experience is key, even though you fail, you have to try again. Track your success and failures. And lastly, Network. Network with good people and Bring Value to the table.
